W220 DEAD with INFINITY

I have 4 phones W220 for unlock and change language!! First I tryed to unlock!! When make PREPARE phone died and program displayed many error!!! I try flash and again displayed error!! Please help me!! The phones are new and wokred perfect!! This is log file prom program:

Yes, I read your first message good and I see your explanation that phone is new.

What to do: please, open phone and check that phone hardware is Ok. Probably flash chip bad soldered, probably water inside or something else.

What files to use: please, see my previous message and follow documentation. In fact flash process dont depends on selected files so I think you have selected right files already.

I was have totaly same problem before 3m as you have, on new phone and unlock operation.After that phone refuse to be flashed with that error.
After many trys suddenly phone accept flashing and unlock.
So do not open phone just keep trying and also try pc reboot.

flash process not depends on selected files so there is no difference what files to use.
As I can see from log it's problem with flash process, not a problem with files, backups or something else. It's a problem with writing data into flash chip.
Remove battery from phone, leave it for some time, try to flash phone again.

Problem is not with writing data into flash chip!!! I repair both phones with PC ReDownload Version 4.3.3 and use T191 COM cable!!! Phones flashing and working perfect!!! I try many many times with Infinity,but not success!!! Please fix this bug!!!

i think theres a bug with the latest nersion of moto02....always enter imsi if unlocked with it and will result to FAILED to decrypt data when unlock with smartmoto.......REMEDY WRITE BACKUP EEPROM THEN UNLOCK WITH SMARTCLIP.INFINITY PLS CHECK BUG

i did what says in other posts
removed battery and after some time put it back,
fully charged, then whote a whole pack (main, flex, lp, melody and images)
it came back to life, but with pack error,
then i flashed with another pack and came back to life but personal locked,
i read it in infinity and gave me lock number, put it and voila, everything alright,

but yesterday encountered another problem, that the phone was band 1900 and now its just 1800 (no signal in my country)(dominican republic)

i read a post that someone flashed his phone with sca 109a pack and its alright with spanish language an 1900 band, but when i go to support only main downloads, all other like flex, melody, images and lp are imposible to download, if someone has this files to share please let me know:D
