update dongle problem

1st of all i really appreciate ur work u peoples are very very hardworker and giving us best support i really say to u thanx
now my problem is this that i m trying to update somone dongle but it can't be update it giving me error this error

sir on new dongle manager i didn't c any update dongle option
and i m using latest dongle manager

download dongle manager from the link above
unzip it and run exe file.
then push "register dongle/upgreat firmware"
thats it
