as you said if i want to make software to k800i i have to downlaod the flash for the first time only so the problem is its downlaod it again that i have to wait for about 45 min

this is big problem evry phone come to it has to down load again again

Hello,

For flashing phone you must have file with phone firmware. It's impossible to flash phone if you don't have firmware file, so you must wait some time when flash file will be downloaded and only after you have firmware file you can flash phone.

its ok for download for the first time but not every time i connect the same phone i use total multi server befor and i know how to do it i install the flashes (firmwaer) just one time after that flash the phone am i wright

if you not support it like that i prefer to stay with total multi server
or find some way to stop down laod the firmwaer evry time for the same phone

the qustumers cannt wait for more thatn 15min thats its imoprtant to install the firmwaer for 1 time each model
