c168 Urgent need help

Hello

I Have one c168 "unauthorize problem" so i checked the imei no
so imei no is empty
then i attach phone to infinity box and go to service tab and check "repair unauthorized phone when prepare " then i click prepare ... button
after that when i insert sim still imei same its login ok .. but no service and phone and some time hang ......what can i do ...
if i write eeprom so my imei is change but when i insert sim then phone say
enter imsi puk code..???

any body would like to help me

enter network pin
network_sub pin block
network pin block

what can i do

Thats right, after that write eeprom, then do the following:

Prepare phone
Then Phone Show <<<specific IMEI PUK>>>
Repair imei then ,user lock, reset, sp unock,

Flash with these files and use nishaon method and all is ok even no service problem also repaired. thanks vansy and nishaon good work.
