I own a mc959. Something is wrong with the phone.
The network signal power meter shows relative low strenght of the field. I own also another mc959, which shows about 1-2 bars more.
When I am talking with somebody I hear him (or her) very good, but he (or she) hears very distorted sound (like very high ratio compression or very very poor field).
Are there any posibilities to repair it (or try to repair it) at home, or rather I shold go with the phone to the specialized service?
The problem stared some time ago, but it only has come form time to time, but now it is pernament.
I have replaced battery and aerial with the working phone, but nothing changes.
