Windows Interface!!! very simple activation of TomTom maps
First->Install -> then Select Map version -> Select Map midi -> Enter Device code/ID -> hit View code, & enter Code for your device!.
If you find your map is not in the list you can copy the midi.file into the existing directory (C) after install, or you can create a new directory!

Hi, I've been trying to get an upgrade for my Australia map for the past 12 months. It's driving me crazy. This week I managed to get TomTom in Sydney to send me a CD with an upgrade on - AUSTRALIA MAP VERSION 13 UPDATE. But they didn't give me a product code. And they wont give me a product code either. They have given me an Activation code, but it doesn't work! Ahhhh.

Thanks, to everyone :D i now have both maps working, although i can't seem to use the speed camera warnings. the files are there on the SD card but there is no option in manage poi's to alert for cameras.
Any thoughts?

Hi top-dog23Put the speed camera warnings in the map folder on your SD card.On your tomtom go to Change Preferences - Manage POIs - Warn when near POI and just activate the cams

As long as you have the OV2 (pocketgps_uk_temp.ov2) and the BMP (pocketgps_uk_temp) files for the map it should work.

Hi all,
I have tried to insert the Western_Europe maps for Tomtom Navigator 6 (v.6.010) in my HTC P3600 (or S300) but I did not succeed. The Western_Europe_1G file (folder) is exactly 909 Mo with following files : cline, cnam, cnode, faces, mapinfo, poi, tables, tnccodes, traffic (.dat files) and Western_Europe_1GB.pna, Western_Europe_1GB-7.meta, Western_Europe Sequence MIDI. I copied another file named "Mapsettings.cfg" from France or Guam mpas and put on Western_Europe_1G folder but always not success.
I know how to have an activation code for maps but my Tomtom could not detect this map (it only detects France and Guam maps) and I don't know how to use this code.

Does someone help me for somes following questions:

1) Are my files in the Western_Europe_1G folder enough? Are they good?
2) How to do in order to the device/Tomtom can detect this map?
3) How to use the activation code?
4) How to do... finally!!!!

5) Now you will have C:\keygen> in command prompt.
6) Then type: test4.exe North_america.mid [Press Enter]
Don't forget the space between .exe and North [Press Enter]

could you please help me urgently... i have downloaded v.675.1409 great britain but my activation code isnt working...i have replaced the original files with these files and cannot remove it. my device id is AKVAG A2CQE
the key gen activation key is wrong

i also think there is alater version....could you please also tell me this as well and where i can get it from........plz help as soon as possible...much appreciated!!!!

right i think i might be getting somewhere............ i flashed the tt using actvmap 4.7 and its now accepted the code....but it says some memory error or something and still wont load the map up.....is it beacause i havent got the original files or something......what do i need to do ?????? where is evreryone ???

After research I have installed TT6 and map but the easy activator crashes when I enter my device code. Can someone please provide me with an activation code?

Map - USA and Canada.mid

Nevermind- I resolved my own probem by reinstalling the easy activator software and restarting my computer. Map was activated successfully.
