Who get access to VIP area?

I waiting four month for access to VIP area and nothing:( Maybe other customer have the same situation. Anyone have software to PC for RE-7500?

We are waiting too for access. I sent few mails with questions also and they did not reply. Looks like support is very bad (or in better words support does not exist)
