start your phone with original usim H3g
go to menu--accessories--unit converter

Hi,

I have flashed the phone including with the patched module file. Invalid media file appeared, Then changed country code using furious gold to uk.

PHone restarts with 3 sim when i go to unit converter, But while 3 logo is displaying i take out the battery and put my simcard in but phone is still locked.


Are you sure this solution works, For me it does not work.

Mate , you must keep a "secret".

Work also without diod.
The secret is when you change Sim after flash , phone must be ON

Another secret : Flash Phone with patched firmware. Insert 3 sim card , power On phone, insert code *854#46 (only 890) , phone restart automaticly.
Quickly you must change original 3 Sim card with another sim (phone dont turn off). Done.

Is not a definitiv unlock this one, but is first step. Any time you want to change sim card or Phone turn Off, you must do all from 1 step.

the first solution very difficult 4 me because iam not clever in soldering

after code phone dasnot restart, on display write "system error"
from menu-tools butoon reboot phone, and work sim but after remove battary U890 is still locked. i had used original cable for LG 8130, and LG U880.
pls any solution ??

after complete flash
connect phone to suply start your pone with original usim

1) whit sim 3g inside and travel or car charger power on phone.

but keep in mind:::
1- u need 128Kb sim
2- u have only 6 seconds to change the sim after replacing the battery ( set on car charger)
3- if phone goes off then retry, if u succssfully change the sim in 6 seconds from 3rd generation to 2nd generation system provider then u will got it.
