I use normal U880 usb + com cable for flash
i use QFG MODULE for flash with u890_unlock.sex file
then phone becomes in un available media file
then i use country change option and write uk
then phone normally power on but after sime , shosing usim lock but 142358#*# is sending phone to factory set option , can not reseting
then what i do , same situation after flash
phone did not unlock
Please post the right step of unlocking u 890

because u have sim card 64K, try it with 128k sim card and u will c.

its same like u900 problem
until any one success u890 unlocking

For u900 u press SOS or type code after flashing unlock files. For u890 u must open, solder diodes and go someplace in menu for reset and replace accepted soim with other while reset.

simple way but difficult for end user if he has to do it he be in great trouble..
this is the way after patch flashing u should do it
connect phone to cable
start your phone with original usim H3g
go to menu--accessories--unit converter
phone should reboot and while displayed 3 logo you can remove battery and
change original sim with a 128k sim without pin
(you should be very quick)
usb cable connected because that would keep ur fone on three g logo when u remove battery from fone to change sim ..
u have to repeat every time u on off or change sim .

can anyone tell me where to find QFG module to flash U890 by Furious gold. I can't see it in Furious gold folder.

i try exactly what u said with u300 but phone open withusim blocked cafter reset, hack3r2 said we have to open phone, what about this?
What you have to do is put in 3sim into phone put on battery connect usb cable power on phone goto menu tools unit convert phone will Restart when you see 3logo remove battery remove 3sim and insert 128k sim and all ok. If you power off phone or change sim you have to repeat procedure. Note that you don't remove cable during this time. Hope it helps others.
