problem with licensing

when trying to run soft it says bad license found

when i run maintainance tool (latest already downlaoded from support)

i get the following error
Socket Error # 10061
Connection refused.
Time needed - 00:00:05

why each time i get this type of error?

Check your internet connection and make sure that you have not installed any anti virus that has firewall. And also make sure that you have the latest maintenance tool downloaded from support area.
