gd90 call rejected [Archive]

hi,
can anybody please give me advice?
i have one panasonic gd90 which displays 'call rejected' every time i want to make call. can not find network, not calling sos call. i changed pf08103, still nothing. flashed with 12b and 14b. it is never been locked/unlocked. it is never been dropped, water damaged etc., just normal use.
so what can it be also?

Call Rejected = Faulty PA(8103B) change it , your problem should be solved.

thanks for replies.
i have changed that, but still nothing. sometomes i think that it doesn't want to make call. is it possible that something in trimming parameters is not ok? i have compared values with one other working phone and everything seems to be ok. eprom is not locked, no call barring active, imei ok, not calling sos... i don't know...
