communication port error

someone can help me , my furious can't work
i've been try to unlock a treo650 and when i click in a DO JOB de messagen appears :

Failed to open the communication port !
Error ... !
Time needed - 00:00:00
any ideia??:confused:

Phone is not on bootloader more or drivers not installed or that port is opened by other soft. As alternative u can use application and TXT TO CODE feature.

Hi!

Drivers don't work properly. After installing, I connect phone and say "unknown device".

Is any way of installing manually drivers?

uninstall everything and do a clean install. Will be ok for sure.
