Problem with Nokia N-series mobiles

Hi friends

I have N-70 i dont know some times when i transfering data through bluetooth with another mobile that time my mobile struck ( hang ) then i have to open my battery and restart, some body told me its virus but i have 2 anti virus one of this norton & symentec, but i make scan found no virus. Same this situation hapeen with some other friends moblies also
whats the problme that time what i have to do ???????

update the firmware on nsu for free that will solve your problem

Phone with SIM, Select Profile="General". Open NSU select Model then click Update via PC.
