Change CDA but not see hidden service menu

Hi

I have use this softwae change my m600i CDA into /8 which is singapore one. User: inf3063. After I changed it, and restarted, there is no change at all.

Frome the website, you said:

Turn the phone back on. You should now have an extra CDA.
Wipe your phone via the hidden service menu. Up * Down Down * Down * -> Format internal diskBut it seems like I have not got extra CDA, and no hidden service menu comes out??

Sorry, i have try and change it.

But when I runing update, it said no update is avialiable as I have update it before I use KK.

What I can do now????

Problem is that UR phone have already firmware up to date, but branded. Is strange why SEUS not allow to flash again some PDA phones, for me it show Always to flash P990 even if have latest firmware.
wait please I'm under test some new option what will cheat some SEUS and allow update UR phone.
