E250 make me a problem

Hi

I m facting with problem when unlocking E250.
I m using direct com and UFS as interface with D800 cable that came with UFS.
I m not able to connect hm..

Init Test Mode ..
Test Mode accepted..
Unlocking in process..
ERROR -


Tryed all com ports,with battery and without ,
don`t know what should I do next.

use v408 usb cable with rj45 phone must be off then pres unlock power the phone evry thing be ok
