halo sir,ive downloaded the above file but still when unlocking alcatel e259,e257,when unlocking,slightly power on phone no effect,kindly let me know why/other wise the file not active

link it's ok , sometimes we upgrade the server and all you need to do is to try in 2 , 3 minutes.
