User and pass don't work

I have purchased one log from multi-com.pl order number ID zamówienia: 31955 and the codes they game me don't work.

Always bad user name and pass. After many attemps IP blocked!

Can you solve this please?

change you IP, it will be fine

if U write bad user name or password and try >=5 times then UR IP will be blocked. Why U not send me PM with UR problem, U don't ask etc at PM??
send me PM with Login&Pass and IP
