V3i Damage memory cards

Hi i got a V3i that when u put a memory in the slot for fist time works prefectly bu the second time the phone says that the memory doesnt have format,so when u try to format it says format failed and the if u put the memory in an other phone it doesnt fuction....that means that the phone is damaging memories....also i tried to flash it with smart clip but when i conect the cable to the phone the box lights begin to turn on and off and i cant flash....so can u help me with a picture of the integrate that i've to change...please help me.
