dku 5 cable after installing driver ask usb to uart driver?

dku 5 cable after installing driver ask usb to uart driver ..from where i can instal driver of usb to uart i already install dku5 cable driver from nokia site but still it says when i insert cable usb to uart driver not found help plzz..

delete all the previos drivers and install the new pcsuite from nokia website.......
