C62 V11 Unlock Doubts

I HAVE A SIEMENS C62 V11 "PHONE DISABLED! INSERT CORRECT CARD"
IMEI:352464-00-178044-6
SW VERSION 11

I HAVE CRUISER,UNIBOX,SE TOOL

FROM CRUISER NOTE I UNDERSTOOD THAT IT SUPPORT ONLY VERSION ABOVE 25.

SO i downloaded c62 unloker logger and decrypter and tried to unlock using unibox.but an error as below got while READ LOG

power on...
phone ok.
error:W:9R:1
error:W:3R:1
failed
i used 9v battery to c62 cable.

have u got any idea of my problem?i want the procedure for unlock also-means the steps to unlock after read log.

from where i get the software to upgrade c62v11 to v25.then i can unlock using cruiser.
