c168 phone code problem

hi,
i got 1 c168 with phone code.i try read code from infinity & i get code is 1234.but when i press that code,show incorrect password.i try full flash,reset already but also same..infinity team help please,thanks you very much.

try reset settings once again if still same try writing eeprom also backup original eeprom before writing new one

thanks for reply.now i write eeprom.but when i on with sim card,just hang on motorola logo but no put sim card all is ok:confused:

have u tried repair eeprom from support area also after writing eeprom do reset settings

bad luck for me.tried flash all eeprom file download from support area but only motorala logo when on with sim card.i tried flash back original eeprom show phone lock code.infinity team please help me.

Try to do prepair and repair imei.May its solve your problem.
