i just followed the steps .....
treo is now raw 1.28 ...
but phone is still locked ????
anything i have done wrong ? :\

Dangel.
this is what i did.
soft reset the treo.
put clean sd with palm folder from C:\Program Files\Treo 650 Kit\Treo 650 firmware - v1.23 in it.
conected the sd , and folowed uodate.
after this i have checked frimware it was 1.23
after this i did another reset , created a user name UPGRADE and sync the
Treo 650 Updater 1.13.exe to the treo , and followed the steps of upgrade.
after this i checked frimeware and its 1.28 .... but still give me sim card is not correct.
with cingular sim card there is np ....
anything i did wrong ? anything else i can try ? or can do it all over ?

I try using this treo 650 kit and its telling loader is not compatible with device. Mine is a treo 650 from cingular.
