when customer bring MOTOROLA L7 to me its dead and full short only leypad light are on,i remove pa now shortage remove but set still dead?can anyone tell me that without pa set powers up or not? and l7 and l7 pa are same or not?

For L7 Dead After Replacing Rf Ic You Needs To Replace Atlus(charging Ic )it Will Resolve The Issue.
