3100 Blank screen + freeze when press buttons

Hello friends...
I have some 3100 having the same problem. The mobile come blank screen and freeze when pressing various button... i already full flash with lastest firmware and also with CNT... but the problem persist can someone give me the right solution??

just check lcd resisters and flash
