Motorola V3688 problem after display change

Hello friends,

The display on the v3688 was broken, but phone works fine. I change display, and after that have very bright display so couldn't see anything on it. Try to change resistor R1&R2 but always get the same, too bright or too dark display. My friend who change between 30-50 displays on the motorola phones, can't find solution for my problem. We try to use another 2 displaya but no reuslts, always the same. :mad: :mad: :mad:
I supose that may be something wrong on the pcb.

Any sugestions? :confused:

dear friend ifound this due to the samall backup battery,
pls removebattery before you lose the cable,

You have changed only flat or new display whit flat? ;)

anyway replace all resistors and condensators from new flat cable ,that is in phone now, with components from old flatcable, that was before repairing.

Have you tried to change contrast in the menu of the phone ?
Sometimes the simplest soluton is the best one :))
If you had already checked it, use new flat cable connecting LCD with PCB.

1.contrast in the menu
2.R4 and C10 maybe swap position
