E338 hanging problems

hi

with every sim card(mobilink,u-phone,telenor,paktel,warrid) my e338 hangs on NEC logo ,is it h/w or s/w fault i know every sim card has its own frequency ,is it frequency problem or an other please guide me.

Try another sim, it might be a substander sim from that operator

It's SW problem. Tru flashing your phone!

it does not hang with out country sim it hangs only with pakistani sim cards

Your (Pakistan's) network operators works at 900 MHz?
E338 is multiband phone (GSM +3g). Problem isn't in the freqvency.
Tru flashing it!
