AP75 restart and no service

Hello,

I have ap75 which is running OK. But sometimes the phone screen show me no service and restart also. Do I flash it or unlock? How can get rid of this problem. Thanks.

Why unlock if your phone works with your SIM?
Tru update firmware, maby is problem in SW bugs?
Current SW in your AP75 is...?
