what time can use this option "Fix PDA GDFS" in kkclient v1.54?

Fix PDA GDFS is under test and is not available yet. is option what will allow to write lower firmware information to phone to force SEUS to update phone. but by remote testing with some users looks like something not works, no idea why. I must get one phone what SEUS not allow update with message "no new updates" or similar.
