Thankyou everyone for all your help, I thought my LgU880 was dead but now working 150% with a telstra sim card, the only thing is that, is it possible to permanetly unlock instead of pressing the emergency button to boot so that the telstra sim card works, still some things are still now working properly, but am able to ring out and receive calls.
So if any one has a permanate unlock method would be much appreciated

Help please. I have flasher, drivers and files downloaded. When I start flasher there is options for files:
1. AMMS modem image
2. Media Image
3. Module image
4. NV default

I have files with mediaXXXX.bin, moduleXXXX.bin, where to put codeXXXX.bin file in NV default or in amms modem image? I am begginer with LG Phones. Can somebody tell me order of files for unlock U900_ver11. Thanx in advance!!!!

Ok I found, there is autochecksum for files. I flash phone with:
1.u900code ver11xxxxxxx it.bin
2.u900media ver11xxxxxxx it.bin
3. u900 module ver11xxxx.bin

Phone is still locked!!! Are these links FAKE. Also I noticed that after flashing phone is 10 ver. software. These files are downgraded version from 11 to 10

There is a problem with the file NV_U300.nv2. The program can not read it. I am trying to unlock my LG U300 but now ny phone is DEAD. The only thing the phon is saying is: "Unavailable Media File".

i just wanted to post here someting for everyone here for the "U" series you know everyone is asking for the files and the software for the sfashing but i can see that someone had really done a great job for unlocking this series thow it is not really a permanent solution but still there is a solution to solve it also

well is something everything is there in the rapidshare links but all you guys have to see in the links and read that file carefully and acording to the locations put your file run your flashing software and your problem will be solved

anyways everyone soon i will be posting the video link to see how to slect the files and where so it will be easy fo you all

I think this will be very useful. But I think what will be even more useful is a tutorial of how to use the software including all the steps from switching the phone on to connecting to pc to description of all the functions of the software + any problems to watch out for.

I recently unlocked my SE K530 and I used the guide in the following link (http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=23459) which was extremely useful. Perhaps you can do something similar.

This will be a great help as I am still struggling to unlock my LGU300. I have downloaded all the recommended files and followed all the steps provided in this forum but I still get the following error message "ERROR! CAN'T OPEN FILE". And I found the instructions on using the LG software vague and lacking description.

So if you can make a fuller step by step tutorial, then this will be extremely useful.

well i think that you never work hard on these software there are some good files in the link also all you need to download the files and the right way for the process

well if you miss one then it will show you the file missing in that and i think that you are in the same procedure
