I cannot use my cell phone D500

Hi people, It´s my first post here.


I got a situation with my cell phone.

I´ve changed some sound configurations and now I can´t use my cell. When I turn it on and try to put my password, it freezes and restart.
I guess it is because sound config.

Someone knows how to reset the configurations?
