I have problem with E250 audio on mouse piece(mic) but yet changed the mic several what is the posible cause on this?:confused:

friends i got a e250 with broken lcd i tried to replace lcd but in this process i think i have broken some tracks & now lcd is working properly but lcd's led is not glowing any jumper solution plz
