I got benq siemens EF81 dead, how to flash it?
what sw, what tools?

If u can start and see the BenQ Siemens Logo, then first try to Firmwareupdate...
Maybe only Battery is dead? Then try other... if u can.
No extern Hardware known for flashing or reading extern...

but the phone went dead suddenly!!!!!
what sw used to flash it?

Go to benq-siemens home page, look there u will find swup for ur phone, u will find also how to flash ur phone.
On Benq-Siemens Site is no anymore Files!

mine serches for network before restarts, what can i do?

But without flash files, flasher and some explanations I will not be able to do it.
