e801: pb on mp3

hi,
i have a little pb on e801: i transfert mp3 to memory card via usb cable.
but when i want play phone says:"not valid mp3 file present"
so The phone is movistar branded, if someone know if file must be copyrigted or signed for work? (or any security).
is there a triks?

yes: solution is easy but good to know just create a "mp3" folder on sdcard and paste your mp3s inside....
