reset security code on 8310, winddp 3.0??

Hi i have winddp3.0 (and dejan 1.02 box) and i need to reset/read an 8310 security code.

Has anyone actually tested this feature?

If so where can i get ps/2 type 8310 cable that will work with winddp3.0.

I use this software to flash phones no probs so hopefully this feature will also work.

any comments greatly appeciated.

Thanks for the link, i have placed my order. will be very interested to see if it can reset security code.

Does anyone know if the 8310 has a similar 5 times and your out like the 6210 when entering the sec code???


Cos the bloke that has given me this phone has had loads of tries!!!

Just posting my results:

using dejan box 1.02 you can reset security code with windlls 2.7 no probs.

winddp3.0 displays a nice message saying it has reset secuirty code but it does not.

I cant get new dejan software working with my mbus cable so im glad i have a 1.02 box!!!

Hi, Try the new software of Dejan for DCT-4 phones. It may fully reset the security code and restore factory settings
