c115, c118 fullflash help

Hello,
I am new to infinity-box and i am using it for motorola. I have been informed that models like c115, c118 etc. have to be fullflashed to insert lang pack in them. I have downloaded the following files for c115, c118 since i needed russian lang:
C115_1.0.38_Flex_0U_132.18F
C115_1.0.38_LP_T10_132.18P
C115_1.0.38_Main.18M
I just wanted to know whether if i can flash all versions of c115, c118 etc. with these files...?
