View Full Version : Cannot Enter support AREA... Help!!

Firmware version: 010A.02
Smart-card status: activated
"UK edition" status: On
Support area: http://www.infinity-box.com
- Username:
- Password:
Dongle parameters checksum: 45C14D

- If you can't login into support area: send e-mail with this info to support@infinity-box.com
- If you have problems during start software at first time: upgrade dongle firmware.

The above information is from the DOnglemanager v1.16..
When i click ENTER support/ download area from the Infinity SHELL v1.16
i go to a website telling me :
----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. You must download and use latest Support Manager to login in support area !
2. Connect Dongle/Box to PC.
3. Install Support Manager and follow Support area link.
If you cant enter in support area this means that you must download New Support Manager and try again.

Login in Demo mode to see support area functionality.

send e-mail with dongle information to InfinityHelp@yahoo.com.hk and you will get instruction what to do.
