View Full Version : Cannot Enter support AREA... Help!!

Firmware version: 010A.02
Smart-card status: activated
"UK edition" status: On
Support area: http://www.infinity-box.com
- Username:
- Password:
Dongle parameters checksum: 45C14D

- If you can't login into support area: send e-mail with this info to support@infinity-box.com
- If you have problems during start software at first time: upgrade dongle firmware.

This is the information that i get from DONGLE MANGER 1.16 where you can see that the username and password is blank..... I have already send you an email on support@infinity-box.com (support@infinity-box.com) from my email zakiyy@gmail.com (zakiyy@gmail.com) explaining you this problem...

In fact am not able to enter the support website from the SHELL v1.16.. when i click on support button from the shell application i get the information below. please help me to sort out from this problem

1. You must download and use latest Support Manager (http://www.infinity-box.com/download/idx/index-1.php?dir=&file=Shell.rar) to login in support area !
2. Connect Dongle/Box to PC.
3. Install Support Manager (http://www.infinity-box.com/download/idx/index-1.php?dir=&file=Shell.rar) and follow Support area link.

If you cant enter in support area this means that you must download New Support Manager (http://www.infinity-box.com/download/idx/index-1.php?dir=&file=Shell.rar) and try again.



Login in Demo mode (http://www.infinity-box.com/download/idx/index.php?user=demo&pass=demo&key=demo&cdate=demo) to see support area functionality.

Dear Sir,

It looks like you have some problems with reading.
How about to read my answers for your yesterday's post instead of ask the same question 4th time ?
