how to flash panasonic x500..

for user code reset..phone connected..but I try to flash phone not connected.. maybe make test point..with cut track..

cases :

phone withouth sim..keypad ok...but with sim inserted phone frezee..there is sign of padlock...

Hi,

open cable connector and check that pin 1 connected to pin 6. some cables has defect: pin 1 not connected to pin 6.
For more info use "Cable selector" and see correct pinout.
