Problem unlocking after flash Motorola C 140

i flash the phone but i can t unlock

What is th problem with unlock ? Just for info: it's really good idea to explain the problem but not only say "oh... nothig works".

also, if this phone cant be unlocked just flash it with more old 1.x.x firmware.
