support team kindly make ur software for indian market please make upgradation of ur software to indian cdma phones user code unlocking in it like nokia cdma ,lg cdma ,and classic phones by ZTE corporation .
one thing sir as before we use ur support site form any where but now we cant acces ur support without box it may requires box but through cybercafe we cant download anything so kindly make a paid support to users who dont have internet facility at their workshop and who those useing cybercafe to download files .

Convience the cyber cafe man and thus use your box there to download, just u need an USB cable and the box.
