how can we know if a phone is unlock by kulankendi method?

how can we know if a phone is unlock by kulankendi method?

i am asking this, cause i have a phone that i want to change language. but i think if i flash phone with another firmware, if the phone is unlocked by kulankendi method, the unlock will disapear. but if the phone is unlock from factory, it will remain unlocked.

i have a k800i unlocked with kulankendi method, heres the reading:
MCC+MNC: 234-15 - SIM
NCK: - Locked - 5
NSCK: - Unlocked - 5
SPCK: - Unlocked - 5
CCK: - Unlocked - 5
PCK: - Unlocked - 5
ESL: - Unlocked - 5

a w850i that was unlocked before, dont know which method, but after flashing was locked again:

NCK: - Unlocked - 5
NSCK: - Unlocked - 5
SPCK: - Unlocked - 5
CCK: - Unlocked - 5
PCK: - Unlocked - 5
ESL: - Locked - 5

and a w880i that it´s unlocked:
MCC+MNC: 000-000
NCK: - Unlocked - 5
NSCK: - Unlocked - 5
SPCK: - Unlocked - 5
CCK: - Unlocked - 5
PCK: - Unlocked - 5
ESL: - Unlocked - 5

i think that this w880i can be flashed that it will be always unlocked, but the other two, they was unlock with some server or tool. but how can we recognize what tool was used? or how can we know if we flash the phone the phone will be locked again?

READ INFO by USB cable and see for lock level status and after power on phone and go to service menu and see also lock level status and:

1. in SW all opened and in phone service menu all opened:
- phone was already unlocked

2. in SW one or more lock level closed and in phone service menu all opened:
- Unlocked by patch method
