on new Alcatel this problem 90% software so rest your phone , if no result leave phone without batter for 1h then test if same thats' mean 100% Flash problem

second check tha print curciut mother board mic tips for if tha curcuit breack first traising tha curcuit and jumper tha mic tips it will b ok
