i was try to many time to find a software and pin out on the net for that phone but i have not find it. may you have to try to read sgh s data cables rin in s for finding pins.

Sorry for the lately reply, I don't know the pinout yet, as this model just use a cable it can not competible with old JIG box for now.

I want to help all but no one want to help me so at this time I want to exchange with HEX files for clip samsung that can change IMEI.

After I have HEX file I'll share this unlock soft for free.

I don't know why it do not work for you. But it work for me 1000%.

I use SGH600/800/2200/N100 cable to flash Samsung Q105,and unlock it work 1000%.

I unlock and flash 5 fone now come from USA (voice stream).

The Q200 connector is same like A400 or A200 but I never sucess to flash or unlock it with SGH-600/N100 cable how can you put the large stick to a small hole? ;)

there are several free softwares to unlock this phone, u need to use SEARCH function provided on this board !!
u can also use WinIMEI if u have it !!

forget cables..use this method

1) put any non accepted sim inside phone and power on the phone, now type *#9998*3323#. A message will pop up telling you to press exit, so hit the right softkey. Choose Malloc Fail. Your phone will reboot and your SIM will work.

2)Type *0141# and then hit call. This will give you a message saying your phone is personalized.

3) Power down your phone and insert a SIM card other than the one that is in it. Power back up your phone.

4) At the SIM code prompt type 00000000, that is 8 zeroes.

all OK, now ur SIM will work

I was able to unlock it with a slightly modified SGH 600 cable. WinIMEI gave me the unlock codes for my phone. But when i switch off the phone again the phone resets to its default and gets locked. None of my settings stay on power switch off. But my phone becomes usable after i enter the code.
What do i need to do to prevent reset on switch off.

use winimei 1.09 for Q100/105/200 and connect your phone using SGH600 data cable to find the nck code(8 digits).
winimei will read imei, nck code firmware version etc.
nck_code should be other than 00000000.

you will get the message personalization cancelled.

Warning if you enter wrong code three times your phone will not work

You can easily unlock q105 using ust5.6 cracked and a standard r220 cable ..... but after you power off the phone ... it again gives "Wrong card " ....As it is having no eeprom .. what is required is good flash from a working phone ...
