I wish there was other option to allow dial up users to download updates (4MB) with download managers with resume support.
Moreover i keep getting "Wrong IP. Please relogin from soft"

sorry, that is not posible for now.
also about wrong ip problem. try to ask your isp if he can provide you static ip
