... author is Unlockking. http://www.unlocking.nl/ His DCT-3 was good and I hope his DCT-4 Flasher too... But the price of his re-sellers constantly change. We'll be glad if we get the attention of those who already bought this DCT-4 Flasher and post here the results/advantages...
We'll try to compare it with Griffin and Neelix II DCT-4 Flashers.
