1. connect cable to et-box
2. power on phone
3. connect phone with et-box software
4. press "read codes"
5. disconnect phone and enter the read codes in your phone

sorry, for now ET-BoX can only read the phone codes from Nokia 1255, nothing more for now
but maybe in future

Nokia 1255 is CDMA Phone. CDMA and GSM are two different technologies for wireless communication. No CDMA phone could be used on GSM network. CDMA phones have RUIM (Removable User Identification Module) instead of SIM (Subscriber Identification Module). You may use another RUIM after unlocking, but again you can not use any SIM card.
