I recently bought a cable from ebay to transfer pictures from my wifes CL75 Poppy to the PC. Using Windows Vista, the phone doesn't appear to be detected.
Using Windows XP, the phone is successfully detected. When I use the Phone Explorer software (using latest version downloaded from Benq site), there are no files listed.
Could somebody please let me know how I can transfer the pictures from the phone.
