v3 enters boot but not power on

After keypad problem caused by water at the volume buttons connector, the phone started well 2 times but the 3rd time only key light on for 2 seconds and no power. The phone enters boot and I can see it on LCD. So, what is the problem?
Please help. It came to me with keypad problem and now is almost dead. Thanks a lot.

So it seems to be software problem. Unfortunatelly I will not be able to save numbers and pictures from phone... thanks man.
