View Full Version : I cannot use dongle - repair solution dont work

the story - from 2 months ago i cannot make update it say update failed contact support. latest version i have used it was 1.50

now for using ku series software it seems upgrade firmware was needed.

i have tried many ways it has not work

finaly i have used repair dongle. and now i can use nothing.

i make repair twice, i disconnect 30 sec, restart maintanance , use firmware upgrade and hope that now will work. but nothing works. it says UPDATE REQUIRED.

i have said these things to the product supporters but nobody seems to care about this.

you always give me links to that stupid solution which dont work.
if only once you read what i wrote you could see i have a problem and your latest maintance cannot fix it.

before trying this my dongle was working , i was using every day QFG.exe.

Well , I can accept that my english is to bad, even very bad =) So please find someone who can translate to romanian this phrase
"And this pb will be fixed in the near 2-3 weeks. Now we have to collect info about boxes with such kind of pb. "

I , personally apologise for my bad english =) .

Also we apologise for any customers inconvenience concerning dongles which cannot be updated correctly at the time.

As i have posted above we working to fix this problem. And If you once have PM me all required data then please do not spam forum about this pb again.

YES MAN, but say it. we cannot fix it now. wait 2-3 weeks. because there you say 'will work EVEN if update fails" am i right or not.

so man i can understand english, there is no need to translate in romanian; your 'stupid' post is misguidin people.

and mr. daniel ciocirlan who knows romanian because it is from romania knows about this problem, but he doesnt answer sonork or at phone.

IN FACT REPAIRING it MEANS DESTROYNG DONGLE FOR 2-3weeks.

should i be happy now, thanks for your wise answer.

Yes , we cannot fix your problem right now. Sure. As far we dont know if this problem is affected only for some dongles and how many they are.
Moreover, i can say that this happened after we decided DO NOT duty our customers with charges for additional HardWare for some new services and instead this have implemented some new features into existed dongles for all customers and for free.

So i repeat once again, now we need to collect full info about problematic dongles.

Regarding Mr. Daniel. He is busy now for some very important things in his life, so therefore he is unavailable for the current time.

Also , regarding my post and your words "repair = destroy". As i see from reports in my email, and you can see in forum also - for some customers repair func works fine. And even with "update failed" message for other ppl some modules works too. And that was the reason of my post.
Solution for your problem is on way. So please be patient.
