Can someone please help with this problem as i keep having to turn phones away.
When i open the software i cant select anything, if i press scan interfaces nothing happens? none of the other options are available all greyed out.
Please can someone help?

I'm not sure but i think this model is not qualcomm based

Myabe coneect phone to PC before you run sw is not so bad idea? =)

PLS GO IN SUPPORT AREA IN BETAMODULE SECTION AND DOWNLOAD FROM THERE ke MODULE.
AFTER THAT CONNECT PHONE POWERED OFF..DO JOB AND AFTER THAT PRESS POWER ON.
ALL SHOULD BE OK.
USE RJ45 CABLE NOT USB
QFG MODULE IS USED TO UNLOCK/FLASH/REPAIR OTHER PHONE MODELS:)
